Before you start your journey towards healthy body, you must need to know what type of body you have. Most cases you will see you are advised to consume this or that food, and to exercise this or that one. But each person is different , so if each person follow the same route it would not be practical. Suppose Michael owns a body which weighs 350 pounds, and he is targetting to be reduced to 225 pounds. On the other hand George is a person of 220 punds of weight. Jeorge has a lean body, but has some fat in his stomach, and he can not get rid of this, though he is running everyday for one hour.
